We had a power outage a week ago and one of two R320 APs works and the other has a flashing green CTL light and solid green power light. When logging into the system, it shows the one AP is disconnected. I have tried 1) rebooting the system, 2) just plugging in the “disconnected” AP to the switch/router, 3) doing a reset on the AP, 4) using a different cable to plug into the switch/router and 5) plugging the “disconnected” AP into the switch/router port that the working AP uses with no luck. My assumption is that the AP has failed but I’m open to suggestions to hopefully correct the issue.

I have tried again and am not able to connect to the non-working A.P. via web interface/dashboard or ping the A.P. It is my opinion that this unit has failed.

Hi @Mjohnson1,
Thank you for your patience.
Based on the troubleshooting done, your RUCKUS Access Point R320 is not connecting to the network and the CTL lights are flashing. However, the failure persists. This AP unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
