Hi,
As the subject states, we purchased a Lennar home but the previous owner did not leave the admin name and password information for the wifi. It seems to be set up, as I can find, it but I can not connect. The information sticker that is supposed to be on the door inside the hub is not there. I need help either resetting the user name and password.

Effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email.
We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model.
I understand that the steps may be somewhat new also we have tried to create the guides as non-technical as possible.
So please try to follow the steps carefully and let us know the result.
Also please share the screenshot of the error you are getting while following those steps.
