Problem with AP connectivity

I am unable to connect to my Ruckas AP as of today.  Everything has been working fine for a long time.

I am able to connect directly to my Cox modem both hard wired and wirelessly.

After a number of reboots and restarts, I'm getting the same results.  The 4 lights on my AP are solid green.

When I try to connect to my Lennar network wirelessly, I either get "connection failed" or "connected without internet"

Here are photos of my switch and AP.

Any suggestions on how to get things working again are much appreciated.

Pinky,
I am currently traveling and not at my house. I haven't had an opportunity to try the latest fixes that you have recommended.
I will be away from home for atleast another week or so. I will try your recommended fixes at that time.
