Hello, I recently moved into a previously occupied Lennar home and am trying to set up the ruckus network. Unfortunately I have little to no experience with networks other than buying a router and plugging it in.
I purchased a Netgear router and was able to establish that internet and wifi, but when I plug my Ruckus ICX 7150 into it I’m not able to get that functioning. Doing some browsing on forums it suggested a factory reset of the ICX, I did that but was still not able to find the “Configure Me” network. Further suggestions recommended resetting one of the other devices installed on my ceiling. I held the reset button on that which prompted the power light to go red, but otherwise I still haven’t seen anything I can set up or configure. Any help would be appreciated for a beginner. Thank you -JS

Hi @Jstansfield
Hope you are doing great !
Basically the devices that you need to reset are the access points ( white boxes on the ceiling ) the ICX 7150-C12P provide wired connection and Power to the Access Points.
I will leave you a common setups for Lennar home users to make sure the connections are correct

@Vasquez_Fer thank you for your help. I was able to get the Configure Me networks to appear. However when I go through the process on the app it appears to complete, going through the waiting period even where it says it is setting up the network, after this it asked if I was to connect to the network. But then has the error message of “Unable to Connect to Network”. I don’t see the network I set up on lists of available WIFis either. Any ideas on what could be cause this? I have tried resetting both of the access points and hit the same barrier with both of them. Thank you.

I have the same issue. I reset the APs and went through the setup process multiple times. Were you able to resolve this at all?
