A few weeks ago we had a power outage which lasted hours. When the power came back the internet was not the same. I had my internet provider come take a look at their stuff and they confirmed their internet was working normally and had a strong signal. I have updated my APs and have tried resetting as well. Still having the same issue. Internet is very intermittent, works for a couple minutes then doesn’t and that cycle is just repeating. Any help would be appreciated.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. As of November 2022, Ruckus support for Lennar Homes customers is no longer provided via phone, email, or remote session. We now offer support exclusively through this community forum, operating on a best-effort basis.
Could you kindly share a screenshot of the IP Scan results? Additionally, please try performing the process on a Windows laptop to see if that resolves the issue.

Thank you for your response and the information provided.
As you are currently connected to a mobile network (as shown in the screenshot below), the RUCKUS IP addresses will not be visible, as the connection is routed through the ISP’s internet.
Please reconnect your IP Scanner device to the ISP’s Wi-Fi network and perform another IP scan to detect the RUCKUS devices' IP addresses.
