I have received 2 new points of access units. I’ve plugged them in and I’m still not getting any power indicator lights on the units. Internet, phone, cable all working. Any suggestions?

Yes, as mentioned, the switch seems to be stuck in boot mode, so it will not provide power or data to any device, that is why you need to get access through the console, and perform software recovery first it is recommended to perform the factor reset if there is no response please proceed with the recovered software.

I have rebooted the ICX750 box and I’m still not getting anything. Where is the guide you refer to?

It's not rebooting, it's factory reset, let me add the steps back., try first the factory if there is no response continue with the software recovered.
