Had a brief power outage and this is all I’m getting. I’ve unplugged for a minute and plugged it back in as well as put a pin in the reset button to reset it and it doesn’t seem to resolve it. Tried calling Ruckus customer service and they don’t offer phone support any longer. Please help. Thanks in advance for any advice or a solution.

Thank you for the response.
You just have to type the command on the Terminal App. (Command- nc <ip address of the switch> 23)

I'm using xTerminal app on iPhone and it's asking to add a server...no terminal. I tried typing command on Terminal on my MacBook and it does not give me a response.

The Switch will take sometime to come up after reload.

Just retried those steps on mobile browser (safari) and waited for system to reboot and device info still shows SPR.
