I have reset all components numerous times. Our main Rukus box that supplies connection to Ethernet cables in the home does not send out a signal. The wireless still works.

Thank you for the response.

Could you please try connecting all the cables to one of the 12 ports of the Switch as shown in the below figure:

Please let us know if the Switch turns on and share a video after connecting all the cables to the 12 ports.

This doesn't make sense.  The video and pictures show all of the cables connected.  No cable has been unconnected since the products were installed.  The video shows the switch with and without power.  Is it possible to call me and explain what you want or to put another example video together because I don't know what else to show you.  Did you watch both of the videos I uploaded?

The only light that comes on is a faint blue light on the back.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up even after connecting it to working power outlet, and when plugged in, all lights are off. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
