I have no power to my downstairs access point. Also, I can access my unleashed account via web but not on the mobile app. Upon logging in I notice that my home network name is incorrect. Could you please assist?

Thank you for the response and the update.
It may be due to an older version on your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.
The Switch version should be on or after 08.0.90. If you have CLI access, please share the below commands output to check the same.
Please enter the below commands once you log in to CLI and share the output.
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
show version
show flash

Thank you for the response and for sharing the requested information.
I see your Switch is on an old non-UFI 8070c version (please refer to the below screenshot). That is the reason your RUCKUS Switch is not getting listed in the Unleashed system.
We suggest you upgrade your Switch to a recommended version. Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help guide explaining the upgrade process.
If you can access CLI, We suggest following the 2nd option.
Please follow the upgrade process and let me know if you need help at any point during the process.

Do you have steps to that are mac friendly? I am not able to download Putty or TFTP.

Also I tried all of the passwords combinations when trying to access my switch via the web gui and none of the combinations worked
