I have no power to my downstairs access point. Also, I can access my unleashed account via web but not on the mobile app. Upon logging in I notice that my home network name is incorrect. Could you please assist?

If I remember correctly that was one of my issues as well. When I would log into the weburl it showed my old local wifi name so I think that's my issue.

Thank you for the detailed information you shared.
This is a known issue when your RUCKUS Access Points are on an older version which doesn’t let you log into the Unleashed application. To upgrade your RUCKUS Access Points please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article.
Please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ to upgrade.

I have successfully completed the upgrade and able to log into the mobile app but I'm not able to access the web link anymore: https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/. I cleared cookies/cache and also tried another browser no luck. Any suggestions?

Please make sure to connect to your RUCKUS Wi-Fi network to access the https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ link.
If you can’t access using the above link and don’t know the IP Address of the Access Points. Please refer to the below guide to find the IP Address of the Access Point to get the requested information.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:
You should see the below-Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in

Thank you for that information. Once I connected to my ruckus network on my laptop I was able to access the link, guess that's a new feature of the update. On the dashboard my switch is not listed, how do I add this?
