No power to WiFi extenders and rings cameras

Turn off power from my beaker box to change a thermostat. Once completed, power back on the beaker box but WiFi extenders and rings cameras camera has no power. Ruckus and power and all plugs are in proper placement. Has anyone has this happen to them?
