No power to Ruckus Switch (ICX7150-C12P)

All of a sudden there is no power to the Ruckus swtich and all devices connected to it stopped working. I tried connecting to other power points. Did not work. Tried reseting as per manual, still did not work. I have raised  a case and  support team asked me to post it here. Pls support. Pls let me know if you need more information.

Hi Imran - How this case can be closed without resolving the issue? What is the reason behind creating another thread where we might loose track of the original issue and make it cumbersome for the customer?  Replacement unit provided is faulty and no contact even is available to troubleshot the issue. Pls help.
