Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response.

We need to confirm with a picture as a part of our process.

Please share a picture of the front and back panels of the switch.  Also, please ensure the ICX7150-C12P is plugged into a known outlet/power source.

Thank you for the response. 

Please try to reset the Switch once as described below:

1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.

2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  • Remove power from the switch.
  • Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  • After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

If the reset doesn’t work, please plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a power outlet and send us a picture of it showing the light status and power outlet. Please refer to the below picture as an example.

I have the same problem. What was the resolution?
