The power of the outlet that the router and modem plugs into does not work. I need this resolved immediately as I work from home and need Wi-Fi to work. Please call me at <removed by moderator> as soon as possible. Thanks.
My assumption here is that you are a Lennar user. I will move this to Lennar forum, so the correct team can engage. With that said, Ruckus is not going to be responsible for a power outlet. We would only be involved with the Ruckus devices (ICX7150 and access points). Our company would have no involvement on the power outlet side of things.
Please also do not put personal information on the forum.

Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will be exclusively supporting via this community forum support model, now base on your description the issue is the power outlet not the Ruckus device's connected(ICX7150 and access points).
