No network to ruckus switch and no power to access points

I had AT&T Fiber installed this morning, they had to install the gateway on the 1st floor but they said I could now connect a line directly into my Ruckus switch for network but the switch isn't detecting anything. In addition, my access points mounted on the ceiling don't have any power (no lights flashing)

It's saying "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"
