No network to ruckus switch and no power to access points

I had AT&T Fiber installed this morning, they had to install the gateway on the 1st floor but they said I could now connect a line directly into my Ruckus switch for network but the switch isn't detecting anything. In addition, my access points mounted on the ceiling don't have any power (no lights flashing)

If you did do that and performed a factory reset, you likely need to reflash the firmware.

Trying this step now, I don't see a "power" button - trying this with the "re-set" button instead and then will try the software approach

I tried to use a USB to ethernet adapter cable but I can't ID the Port and successfully launch putty

Are there technicians in the area that could help with this?
