Greeting all I lost power to my house three weeks ago and since then I was not able to connect to the internet! My WiFi is one but I can't connect to it I did all the trouble shooting and still not working. Lennar did a very bad job setting these Switchesband access point! No instructions and nothing to help start using this system.
Does anyone know how to get the internet back ( step by step please) I will greatly appreciate it.
I read that the switch reboot to a router and that's why my wifi is not working properly.

4-If the access via IP address is not possible here is a guide how to access to the Switch via console (cable access between your PC to the ICX 7150-C12P) in this case we need a USB type C to USB standard or Console cable Rj45 to USB.
Thank you for all the details and the videos, I was able to find the IP address for the switch but was not able to log in to the username/password. Lennar did not leave a sticker or anything when we got home. Any suggestions I will greatly appreciate it.
