No internet wifi after power outage

Greeting all 
I lost power to my house three weeks ago and since then I was not able to connect to the internet! My WiFi is one but I can't connect to it I did all the trouble shooting and still not working. Lennar did a very bad job setting these Switchesband access point! No instructions and nothing to help start using this system. 

Does anyone know how to get the internet back ( step by step please) I will greatly appreciate it.

I read that the switch reboot to a router and that's why my wifi is not working properly.
