Hi, I recently switched to Spectrum and noticed that Rukus is not working. Although RF 10 is showing a green light, it isn't providing access, so I can’t connect to it. I can only connect to the Spectrum Wi-Fi directly. When I search for it I get the message that “No Unleash network exit” Please advise.
