No connection to Internet

Samrat

I have had my ruckus system for > 2years when the Lennar home was purchased.

Everything was functioning properly but about 2 days ago the wifi stopped broadcasting.

I turned the system on and off a few times and reset the system. It would now broadcast but continued to have "no internet connection" when connected and reconfigured.

I have checked (and changed) connections from the modem to the router. The ISP is functioning properly (AT&T fiber and has a modem/router setup -- has a separate wifi which is functional).

The ruckus router lights are on PWR, STAT, SYST

3 access points have power green and flashing green for CTL

I reviewed other forum messages regarding this.

after connecting to the wifi and connecting to the unleashed.ruckuswireless.com I do NOT see any message stating that there are any updates to be installed.

also I'm on a Mac and I did not see support for putty on Mac.

thanks for the help!

Hi @Samrat

Please try to perform the physical factory reset of the access points correctly (sometime factory reset needs to be done multiple times).

While performing factory reset please make sure you disconnect all other APs on the network and preform the Factory reset to the master AP that remains connected to the ICX-Switch 7150.

Hi @Samrat

Based on the images you have shared it seems that the physical factory reset of the access points was not done properly. Please try to do the factory reset of the access points correctly using the below guide.

While performing factory reset please make sure you disconnect all other APs on the network and preform the Factory reset to the master AP that remains connected to the ICX-Switch 7150.

Once you are done with the above process please reconnect the other access points back.

Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

can you clarify what gives you the impression it was done incorrectly?

I disconnected other APs and reset the master AP multiple times until the configure.me WiFi appeared

Also how will I know if it is done correctly? Previously the old WiFi ssid disappeared and the configure.me showed up. What should I look for this time to confirm it is correct?
