No STAT light on ICX-7150-C12P

Hello Team,

My 2 R510 don't have power, and I followed the below and I completed the CLI process and turned all Admin State, however the column beside it Oper State half of them say off and the other denied. Still no power from the PoE ports behind the switch. Also, behind the switch to the left of the PoE's there is a rectangular cube with the STATUS button and all the lights Stat, Spd, ID, USB, PoE are off. I need your assistance please and thank you!

Thank you for your response and update.

If the PoE commands are not functioning correctly, please proceed with the Switch upgrade to the recommended version in the previously shared upgrade article. This issue often occurs when the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is running an older non-UFI version.
