I can’t figure out how to get the connect.me to show up in my network options.
Could someone please help me?

Greetings of the day,
For this process you must disconnect the rest of the access points if you have more than 1 Access Point, from the Switch ICX-7150-C12P and proceed with the factory reset with the access point you left / keep connected to work on this process ( Factory reset ) .
