I can’t figure out how to get the connect.me to show up in my network options.

Hope you are doing well !
We need to factory reset the network from the "Access Points" and reconfigure it correctly.
Here is a short guide with the most common setups for Lennar home users:
In order to do a factory reset correctly on one of the access points you must disconnect the rest of your access point from the "ICX-7150-switch", for example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

The connect me came up one time but couldn’t configure once I went back to the app. Then the configure me disappeared and I can’t get it to come back up.
