Help! I just moved into home with a ruckus box in my closet with various cords coming out and two ruckus APs hung from ceiling. I’ve plugged what I could into my router and one AP has green steady lights and one green blinking. The other has both green and orange lights. I’ve tried to connect to wifi connect.me but it doesn’t show up. Owner may have changed it. I got on ladder and did paper clip reset on both ceiling APs. Nada. Please help! Thank you.

To do the Factory reset process, you must first disconnect the APs from your switch and only leave or keep connect ' one ' which you are going to work the Factory reset.
Example : you have 3 APs on your network so disconnect 2 of them and just leave 1 connect it preform the Factory reset to that one.
