New Ruckus replacement WiFi signal lost

I recently got a replacement for my old Unit that died. All is working as it is projecting to both extenders yet I am unable to find the new WiFi network as the original was set up 5yrs ago when the house was built and the tech at the time changed the network name/password. I am looking for help in finding the network/password (default if one) so I can finally get my housed back up and running. And no. There is no network signal projecting to my phone or other devices as all network names are the same from before the Ruckus died.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issues you are experiencing with your RUCKUS setup.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with RUCKUS with no Wi-Fi signal.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

Please note that the Wi-Fi signal is broadcast from the RUCKUS ceiling-mounted Access Points. Once connected to the new switch, the setup should function as it did previously.

However, if the issue persists, you may perform a factory reset of the Access Points and configure a new Wi-Fi network from scratch.

Hello. So I followed the link you sent to create a new WIFI network (SSID) and the webpage has no instructions on how to do that. I reset the Ruckus 5 times with the reset button and nothing has worked. 

Can you tell me how to set up a new SSID from scratch please.
