WiFi not working. On router power Les green light blinking. Contacted xfinity everything is good on there end.

2. When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.
3. How many access points are currently connected to the switch? Please describe the status of the lights on the access points. Similarly, include a photo showing the access points' light status.

yes, it was operational and working perfect until we have power outage
on the ruckus box it self both lights are visible green and amber. On xifinity modem black cable going to ruckus switch have a green light
I have 2 access point in my house.
1- access point downstairs only green power led is blinking no other lights are on/cannot see.
2-upstairs access point have all the green lights solid/steady but power led green light blinking
