Network is working but I still see the configure me wifi

I went through the set up process and I am currently connected to the access points with the SSID that I chose.

However,  I am still seeing the configure me wifi network?

Thank you for reaching out to RUCKUS Lennar Home Community. Based on the case description, it appears that you are encountering the configure.me-xxxxxx SSID.

To better assist you, I kindly request your cooperation with the following queries:

1. Could you please provide information on the number of RUCKUS Access Points you have installed?

2. Have you successfully performed a physical factory reset on the Access Points? If so, have you reconnected the unplugged APs back to the Switch ports? (if you have more that one APs)

3. I suggest turning OFF and ON Wi-Fi on your device and scanning for Wi-Fi Networks once again. Kindly confirm if you still observe the configure.me-xxxxxx SSID after performing this action.

Please confirm these details and let me know if you have any further queries or concerns.
