Need help with password reset

Hi Team,

I hope you're doing well. I haven't used my Ruckus Mesh Wi-Fi system in a while, and unfortunately, I’ve forgotten the password for the Ruckus wireless network. I’ve attempted to reset it using the "forgot password" option, but it hasn’t worked.

Could you please assist me with resetting the password at your earliest convenience? I’m in urgent need of access to the network, and I would greatly appreciate your help as a priority.

Thank you for the detailed information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to log into the RUCKUS wireless network.

Please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/  to upgrade the RUCKUS Unleashed Access Points.

If you don’t know the login username/password, please try using the default username and passwords provided below.

If you are still unable to access it, the only option left is to perform the physical factory reset the Access Points. Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article for the factory reset process.

I have tried physical reset but it still no luck.

After the physical factory reset i am supposed to see Configure me network but i am unable to see that.
