NO POWER AFTER OUTAGE LENNAR RUCKUS ICX-12P

Hello,

I was asked to make an additional post even though I’m having the same issues as others. I’ve done all of the recommended suggestions and it’s not working. No lights on the access point or the ruckus device. It used to work and I think the power outage killed it. I have stable internet on my other devices but this isn’t working at all.

Greetings of the day,

 

 

Based on the description, it seems that after power outage your switch and the Access points are not powering up.

 

To solve this issue please try to reset the switch as mentioned below.

 

1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.

2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  • Remove power from the switch.
  • Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  • After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

Hello,

I tried the reset and followed the video and I still have no lights.

Hi @Kai 

 

Based on the troubleshooting done, the unit seems to be totally dead. This unit Should be RMA  ( return merchandise authorization ) in simple words replace it.
