Both of my ruckus systems have gone dark-no lights, and not connected.

When you click on reply you must see the box to upload the pictures. (Refer to the screenshots below)

There is no option for photos, or text features when I click the reply box. I see your screenshot but mine does not reflect what yours does. It’s an empty text box that only allows text.
