Hi team,

My ruckus is not working since 3 months after a thunderstorm hit our area.

I am trying to connect with Ruckus support but it was in vein. 

Also we are not able to log into our Ruckus router since we lost or forgot the password and reset password is also not setup correctly. 

Can someone please get in touch with us to sort this one out?
