Moved into existing home can't setup R510 access points. I have unplugged both and only plugged in 1 and done the factory reset multiple times.
The Power light is Solid Green, and CTL is flashing Green, no wifi lights will turn on.
I join the Configure.Me-xxxxxx wifi on my iPhone e and launch unleashed app with typical install option and click Start.

As per the case description, I could understand that you are trying to reset your RUCKUS R510 Access Points.
Please try to setup using a laptop on a web browser as explained in the below videos:

hello Imran,
I've watched the unleashed video and configured my Master AP, and also setup and SSID along with my password.
My cellphone (Iphone and PC) both are able to find the SSID name; however when i go and connect to it, neither my phone or PC will connect to the Master AP.
