Moved into existing home can't setup R510 access points.  I have unplugged both and only plugged in 1 and done the factory reset multiple times.

The Power light is Solid Green, and CTL is flashing Green, no wifi lights will turn on. 

I join the Configure.Me-xxxxxx wifi on my iPhone e and launch unleashed app with typical install option and click Start.

As per the case description, I could understand that you are trying to reset your RUCKUS R510 Access Points.

Please try to setup using a laptop on a web browser as explained in the below videos:

Also having this exact same issue with a home we just moved into. So frustrating not being able to talk to someone real time.

So since I have 2 AP do I setup as mesh?

No, please do not tick the mesh check box. Please follow the configuration as per the Video shared in the last post.
