My ruckus in not working g properly
to do factory rest I need username and password
lennar did not leave a sticker, no boxes nothing
is there a way to know what is my username and password
I tried all the ones posted here none worked

I see all green lights
I also have all the AP power on and the 2.4 and 5 GHz on but I can not connect to the internet

1-On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?

Have you check with your ISP Internet
Can you connect directly to your local Router to check if you have internet access
RUCKUS devices only distribute the internet from the internet provider
