Hello @rajivnandra ,
Thank you for the response.
Really apologize for the confusion.
You may directly upgrade it to the 200.15.6.212.14 through the online upgrade option.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the Ruckus AP to a recommended version
Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,

No, that’s not what IP passthough does. You should disable it immediately as you are exposing your Ruckus AP to the internet.

Squozen—I want my router to bypass the ISP’s router and directly obtain the IP address from the Internet Service Provider. This would eliminate the double NAT scenario by enabling my device to communicate directly with the ISP’s network and other option I have is bridge (PPP) but anyway that's the choice I made and it has nothing to do with the issue I am facing.

Hi @rajivnandra
Thank you for your response.
NAT (Network Address Translation) converts a public IP address to a private IP address, which can only be accessed within your Local Area Network (LAN).
If IP passthrough is enabled, it may result in an IP address conflict or IP address duplication, which could be causing the heartbeat issue you are currently experiencing.
For both security and functionality reasons, it is recommended to keep IP passthrough disabled to avoid such conflicts.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need additional clarification.
Thank you once again for your patience and understanding.

Imran - I am an IT professional myself and the reason you are giving is not a scenario in my case as it is straightforward....NAT translates a given set of private IP addresses to a single public IP address attached to a gateway device. Anyways, coming back to the scenario, here we have DHCP with no possibility of duplicity....lets please focus on the issue as all reasons are bookish and have nothing to do with the issue I am facing unless you can share evidence explaining your theory beyond any element of doubt on the ground.

Hi @rajivnandra,
Thank you for your response.
The information I provided is based on similar issues experienced by many of our Lennar users. Of course, one of the primary purposes of DHCP is to prevent IP conflicts. On the similar lines, please log into Unleashed and verify whether the IP assignment is set to DHCP or Static. If it is set to static will also sometimes cause heart beat issue.
Additionally, please let me know if you are still experiencing the heartbeat loss issue through the Unleashed application.
Thank you once again for your cooperation.
