Lennar ruckus switch showing as router instead of switch?

I was on vacation and came home to my unleashed app showing as a router instead of a switch.

I tried rebooting the switch by am seeing the following in the unleashed app.

Based on the screenshot is this the case?

 If so how do I fix this?  Is this something that is easy to do?

I'm trying not to put my IP In here

All it does it take me to another command prompt line after i enter the nc ip address 23 command

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

Please do not worry, your IP address will be a private and no one can access it from other networks.

However, could you please try to access your Switch on a laptop web browser and try to log into the same?

You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address. 

Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

I was able to login that way and see the same screen you have listed

my does show as router instead of switch
