Lennar ruckus switch showing as router instead of switch?

I was on vacation and came home to my unleashed app showing as a router instead of a switch.

I tried rebooting the switch by am seeing the following in the unleashed app.

Based on the screenshot is this the case?

 If so how do I fix this?  Is this something that is easy to do?

If that's the case I do not remember my username as I have the app setup to use biometics.

Could you please confirm if you have fixed the Routing Code issue?

Yes, you need a username/password to log into the CLI using SSH.

If you do not know the username/password for the Unleashed Application login, you can try with the default username/passwords shown in the below screenshot.

You could try to log into the Unleashed Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/

Ok I was able to get my username and password for the unleashed app.  

Would I use that username/password combination to login via Ssh?

Thank you for the response and the update.

You need the username/password of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch to log into the Switch CLI. If you don't know the same, please try with the Switch default usernames and passwords below.

Switch default credentials will be as mentioned below. 

Username: super

Password: sp-admin

If the above credentials don’t work, you can try below default credential combinations below as well.

If the default username/passwords doesn't work, please try to log into the Switch CLI using the Telnet option explained in the below guide.

I remember changing the user name password when I setup the unleashed app and am to login to the app.  Would the username/password be the same to log into the switch?
