Lennar home Access Point is dead. Since part is within warranty, need replacement. SN 922172003868. I can send Lennar home address once query is validated

Do you have you own post ? This is to keep the conversation order separate for each topic and for smoother communication.

We cannot approve or replace units without proper troubleshooting.

When the PWR light is solid red most of the times is indicating a firmware mismatch version.

1-Please try to disconnect the Ethernet cable from the ICX-1750 that goes to the Wireless Access Point , wait about 5 minutes and connect it back
