Lennar Ruckus connect problem

I'm having a problem with the Ruckus system not "connecting" Here is the specifics.

1) Purchased to home about 3 years ago and they system worked fine for that time.

2) About 2 months ago the city upgraded the main electrical meter. The power was out for about 15 seconds when they replaced it.

3) After the meter was replaced the Ruckus system was very slow to upload - download. Rebooted the system several times with no improvement.

4) Reset the master AP to factory default and recreated the wireless network - no improvement.

5) When performing a speed test more times than not it indicates that the network cannot be found or no internet connection available. AP(s) do show up on the unleashed app. Switch is not shown on the app.

6) Have not reset the switch to factory default.

System is ATT fiber to the ONT and ethernet cat 6 from the ONT to the ATT BG320 router. Ethernet Cat 6 from the modem to the switch.

Any help / advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Tried to login into the switch using the default user and passwod

admin

sp-admin

Will not log in using those credentials.

how do you reset the login/password?

To access the switch there are few username and password combinations given below. These usernames and passwords are key sensitive, please use capital letters where necessary.

 

Username: admin password: Ruckus! 

Username: admin password: Ruckus1

Username: admin password: Lennar

Username: super password: sp-admin

Another question - to access the switch can this be done on the wired network I have, or do I need to connect directly to the switch with my macbook pro via an ethernet cable?

Yes, you can try accessing the switch via wired using the console cable (cable access between your PC to the ICX 7150-C12P). For console connection we need a USB type C to USB standard or Console cable Rj45 to USB connection.

Thank you for the help to log into the switch. Unfortunately none of these, or combination of these worked. Not sure why that is as I am the only one, to my knowledge who has owned this switch.

I would like to reset the switch to factory default and start over. If you could provide some instruction on this would be appreciated.
