Lennar ICX box no longer turning on

Ruckus ICX 7150 no longer powering up. No lights at all on the switch.  Tried multiple different outlets, power cords, etc.   The access points in the ceiling are not powering on either. Not sure when it happened. I just noticed it when I realized the Kevo Plus that was attached to the ethernet was no longer working. I suspect just faulty equipment.  Is there another solution for this problem here?

Based on the details you've shared, it appears that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not operational.

If that doesn't work even with a working power cord or other power outlets, I recommend again attempting a physical factory reset multiple times, as outlined in our RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article accessible through this link and VIDEO:

If the initial reset attempts do not resolve the issue, please try resetting your switch multiple times (approximately 10-15 times) using the method described in the article. In some cases, repeated attempts have successfully resolved similar issues. Upon successful reset, the SYST and PWR lights should turn GREEN.

Please proceed with these steps and let me know if the switch powers on successfully afterward.

Hello, apologize for the delay.  I’ve tried multiple times to reset the device according to the video and instructions, including with other outlets, but with no success. 

To clarify: tried resetting it with the reset button and paper clip a few times as well and still no power or light indicating the device is working
