Lennar Home : Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P and 3 APs are not powering up after multiple reboots

My ruckus system is not powering up , we do not have any lights in Ruckus ICX 7150 and in any APs. I have already tried multiple attempts to reboot whole system but nothings seems to be working. Please check below pictures for more details. Please help me fix this or guide me to right direction how i can resolve this.

Greetings of the day!!!

Thank you for sharing the requested information and a video.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, Also, you tried to reset the Switch and you confirmed that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and Access Points are not powered on.

Did you try to reset the Switch with a paperclip? If not, please refer to the below process.

First, we will try to reset the Switch as described below:

1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.

2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  • Remove power from the switch.
  • Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  • After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

IF RESET IS NOT WORKING, PLEASE TRY TO RESET YOUR SWITCH MULTIPLE TIMES AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

Also please try to check by replacing another Power cord with the Switch. In case the current Switch power cord is damaged.

I have followed above instruction 4 to 5 times but ICX-7150 is still not booting up. Reset doesn't seems to be working, what can i do at this moment ? i do work from home and it is causing lots of issues.

Did you try to check by replacing another Power cord with the Switch. In case the current power cord had damaged?

If yes, could you please plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a working power outlet and send us a PICTURE and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and cord connected to the Switch and working power outlet? Please refer to the below pictures as an example.
