Legacy email account password reset

Viper

The Ruckus unleashed app is giving me an error stating the AP firmware is outdated after I entered credentials and doesn't let me access the portal. It appears that I have to gain access to the portal to update the firmware so I used a computer and was able to gain access through https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ however it doesn't show any networks.  It has been awhile since I used the app and portal so I'm assuming I have to import from a legacy email since I received the OTP via an email.  However, I can't remember the password for the import prompt and there is no "forgot password" option.

How do I get my networks back if I can't import a legacy and the app doesn't let me login because of a firmware update?  I don't think this is a factory reset scenario since I have the admin login information.

Secondly, the whole reason for this was is because I was trying to find out what speeds the access points support as I'm upgrading to 2 gig internet.  Is there a way I can find out that information?

Hi Imran,

I have the credentials referenced in the article and I was able to access the portal using them.  Once I was logged in, I noticed none of my networks were displaying.  I thought maybe I need to import to get them to show, if not let me know.  However, the import is asking for a password that I'm assuming is different than the default as it is associated with my email not user name. I don't know what that password is and there is no forgot password link.

Secondary, I can't access the portal through the app because the AP firmware is out of date. Once we figure out why the networks are not showing will I be able to update through the online portal so I can use the app?

Hi @Viper

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the update.

You can check the existing Wi-Fi/WLAN Password following the steps below.

Please browse and log in to your Unleashed account.

Select Wi-Fi Network>>Select your WLAN Network (SSID)>>Edit WLAN>>Check/Change the password

(Please refer to the screenshots below)

You may also create a new Wi-Fi network as described in the mentioned RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article below:

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/Guidelines-on-creating-a-Wir...

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

What website are you referring to when you say login?  I can login to post to these forums but I don't see what you are showing in the screenshots.  If I login to the poral via https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/  I don't see the screens you are showing either. Again when I login to Ruckus from a computer I don't see any networks and I can't login through the app because it says I need to update the AP firmware.
