Hello Community,
This is an announcement about this know issue we are currently working on Please check this information if you run into it.
Issue: iPhone with IOS 16 can't reach "unleashed.ruckuswireless.com" after connected to Unleashed network
Error message: "Not connected to the Unleashed network"
PLEASE NOTE: This is a known issue on which we are working with our Engineering Team internally. And This issue is expected to be fixed in the upcoming Unleashed version 200.14 software release and the App Release.
The estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for the release is Mid of July 2023.
For now, please refer to the workaround, that will be using the IP Address of Master AP as described in the below process.
If you haven’t tried Accessing Unleashed on a web browser via the IP address of the Access Points, could you please try to find the Master IP address of the Access Point and try to check it on a browser? Please refer to the below guide to find the IP address.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:
You should see the below Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in
Refer to the below screenshot to know your MASTER IP Address on the Web Unleashed system.
Once you find and can log in via the IP Address of the Unleashed Master Access Point, please try the below steps.
1. Make sure you are connected to the RUCKUS Access Point Wi-Fi Network.
2. Click on ‘change login destination’. (Please refer to the below screenshot)
3. Put your Unleashed MASTER Access Point IP Address as ‘Destination IP’ and save it. (Please refer to the below screenshot and 0.0.0.0 is just an example)
4. Now try to log in to Unleashed App using your credentials.
Please follow ALL 4 STEPS as explained above.
If you have any questions about the Steps for the workaround please open a new post using this as reference.

David Chavarria | Technical Support Manager.

Hello,
I am having the same problem trying to log into the Unleashed app from my iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS 16.5.1. I get the error message "You are not connected to the Unleashed network. Go to Settings." I have read the description of the issue and the workaround. I downloaded Advanced IP Scanner on my laptop and ran it. I am seeing 2 Ruckus entries; one with a name Ruckus AP and the other with just an IP address as its name. I typed both the addresses into my Safari browser and I am getting the message "Warning Potential Security risk and a recommendation to go back.
First, which is the correct Master AP address, the obvious one, and why am I getting this warning? Secondly, once I know the correct Master AP IP address, can I just go directly to the unleashed app and enter it as the Destination IP?
Since my network is fully functional if this work around doesn't solve the login problem I'll just wait for the app update.

Hello,
The instructions above were very helpful.
I am logged into Ruckus Unleashed and it seems like a few item are "Disconnected". How do I fix that?
1) Clients - Disconnected
2) Switches - Disconnected
Thanks,
Sam Aggawal

Hi all, it's almost mid July, and the new and latest unleashed version 200.14.6.1.199 running on my installed system based on R610 are still having the described problem with accessing the unleashed.ruckuswireless.com
Please note that this issues in not only related to iPhones, I have the same issue on Android phones, and also when trying to access the unleashed.ruckuswireless.com via a web browser.
the web link into the browser should normally resolve/find the master AP IP address and redirect you to the login page, but the redirect page goes to https://www.ruckusnetworks.com/unleashed-error/ with the message "I'm afraid you're reached a page that doesn't exist.
I'm really hoping this issue will be resolved soon, as the current workaround of using the Master AP IP address is not consistent when the network reboots and a different AP becomes the Master AP. And yes, we can set a "preferred master" , but still, I'll like to see a final and more elegant solution to resolve the issue.
