I just purchased a 3 year old Lennar home with the Ruckus system installed. The previous owner does not seem to remember the username or password. At&T came out and installed router.....but could not get router to connect to the Ruckus. We went by the instructions inside panel door but using that info did not get us connected.
Is there a way to just reset the system and start over ? Or are there other recommendations ? any set up guides, etc. ?

From the case description, I could understand that you need assistance in setting up a RUCKUS setup in your Lennar home connected to a new ISP (Internet Service Provider.
Please note, you need Router or Modem-Router combo from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) connected to the ICX-7150-C12P switch. And from the 12 Switch ports, you could connect your devices such as Access Points, smart devices, wired ethernet cables for your laptop/PC, etc., (Please refer to the below link and pictures). It doesn’t work only with Modem.The connection must be from a Router or Modem-Router combo device. Please refer to the short guide link below about how to connect the devices:
I just need to reset the password and user name to my system that is at my new house that I just bought. The house/system is about 3 years old and the System is already hooked up by At&T.
But.....I cannot currently activate the wireless portion of the Ruckus system. I dont know the name of the wireless system or the password. The previous owner cannot remember either one. He recommends just resetting everything.
This is what I need info on ....how to rest the username and password on the system..
Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?
1. On your RUCKUS switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on. (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)
2. Is your Internet Connection from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) stable and working? (You could check this by connecting to your local router Wi-Fi or from an ethernet cable from Router to a laptop/PC).
3. May I know how many Access Points are connected to the Switch? Could you please let me know the light status on the Access Points? Any of these lights are on (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same)
Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports. Also, light the status of Access Points.
