Hello,
We just moved into a Lennar home. We are the second owners. I cannot connect to my Ruckus. The Ruckus is not discoverable via wifi connection. On the Ruckus board, it says the Wifi Name is Lennar-XXXXXXX (I left the numbers off), and has a password provided, but that wifi does not show on my phone or my laptop. I used Advanced IP Scanner software and found an IP address to a Ruckus unit. When I type that IP address into my browser, the Unleashed Login pops up but I cannot log in. I have tried the admin username and every password that is provided on the Lennar password page. So I am stuck here. I am not sure what to do next.

Hello,
I gave the AP a reset and connected to it through my computer's wifi. Immediately, it said no internet access (as expected). However, whenever I tried to load unleashed.ruckuswireless.com in my browser, it would say "no internet".

Hi @gloverau1
Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
I would suggest you unplug all the ethernet cables, on the Switch, reboot it once. Now only plug ISP Router and ONE AP ethernet cable into any 1 in-12 ports. Please try performing a factory reset on ONE connected AP and plug the other APs back once you configure one factory reset AP.
Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

I was finally to get the APs set up and the internet connect. Thank you so much for your help. However, I now have another issue.
My ISP speed is 1 GB/s. When I am on the normal wifi, I can get around speeds of 300. However, when I am on the APs or even wired into the Switch, I only get speeds of around 100 Mb/s. I would think that the wired speed would be higher than the wireless, but they are about the same (100 Mb/s). My neighbor receives speeds around 400 Mb/s when he is wired. Is there a way to increase the speed? I went through the forums and just updated my APs and my Switch, but that slightly increased my speed (110 Mb/s). What else could be the issue?

Hi @gloverau1
Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the update.
Great!!! Good to know that you were able to perform a factory reset on the APs.
As you have Internet speed issues via the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch, we will check some configurations on the Switch, Please follow the below steps to check the same.
Please follow the below steps and help us with the queries,
1. To check this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P
I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:
2. Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”
How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-C12P' or 'access points' "Network devices":
If you can access the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router> OR
ICX7150-C12 Switch>
Please enter the below commands once you log in to CLI and share the output.
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
show version
show flash
show inline power
show interface brief
Please share the output of the above commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Here are the screenshots of the 4 different codes. (They may be out of order).
