Just bought Lennar home without admin login info

Hello, I moved into my home in March of this year from a previous owner of a Lennar home built in 2020 and it has a Ruckus switch and two access points both supporting 2g and 5g. I do not have the username or password of the previous owner so I am unable to edit the networks but my Spectrum wifi/router is active. Could someone please recommend what steps I can take? Both are broadcasting and working fine their network names and password are just set by the previous owner. I tried to factory reset them but maybe I did it incorrectly.
