I am using the Ruckus ICX 7150 with AP that came with my Lennar home. The switch is not powering on now and my AP, Ring door bell, alexa, and garage door are all down. The community search provides a resolution to this problem which is to replace faulty equipment under lifetime warranty. Can a technical support engineer please approve the RMA for Case#01603574?

Please confirm whether you have entered the following commands to configure the switch or not.
setenv ipaddr 192.168.0.3
setenv gatewayip 192.168.0.2
setenv netmask 255.255.255.0
setenv serverip 192.168.0.2
printenv
saveenv
If yes please let us know whether the ping status was alive or not. Also please share the image of the ping status or the error you were getting while following the steps.

Sorry for the inconvenience,
Please provide the screenshot of the ping response error only then we can find out the steps to solve this issue. Also we cannot replace the devices until ypu confirm that the hardware is damaged.
So please let us know whether you have entered the commands mentioned in the above posts.
