So I've been going back and forth for awhile with you guys on rebooting a broken 7150, I have performed everything in the description of how To's except for when scanning for the IP address to the ruckus it does not show up, and yes, I was connected and still nothing. I added to my post that I already had and did not get a response on whether it would show up under something other then Ruckus. You can see my post under RCK.

Hi @RCK
Greetings of the day,
For detailed understanding of the issue please share the below details.
1:Are the Access points getting power?
2:If the Access Points are getting power, can you connect to the SSID/Wi-Fi ID?
3:Is the SSID/Wi-Fi ID from the Access Point is slow, but the AT&T work fine?
4:Please confirm if the ICX7150 Switch SYS LED light is amber or green?
Please let us know the LED status of the access points using the below guide.

Hi @RCK
Thanks for the information.
Based on the LED status of your switch it seems that your switch is stuck in boot mode. To solve this issue we need to perform software recovery, so please follow the steps carefully while performing the software recovery process.
Here I attach the quick guide to perform software recovery process.

If the IP address of switch does not appear on the IP Scanner please reboot the local Router ( ISP device )
Another solution is to log in in your local Router and check the 'device list'
