ICX7150 does not turn on; status lights do not show up

Hi,

I have a ruckus network set up in my lennar smart home. And two days ago, the internet was down for all my devices. After due analysis, i found that ICX7150-C12P switch is not turning on, I tried multiple power outlets and also performed the factory reset procedure listed in the support forum. However, the ICX7150 does not turn on and does not show any status lights. Can you please help?

Thank you for sharing the requested PICTURES and a VIDEO.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
