Hello, my ICX7150-C12P has dies, only flashes an amber light once when plugged into power. I have tried all troubleshooting steps and the issue still persists.

Please let us know whether you have tried factory reset of the switch or not. If not please follow the below steps to perform factory reset process.
1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.
2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick

Hello, as previously stated, I have tried all troubleshooting steps as you guys have instructed in the forum, I have tried factory reset of the switch and no luck. The unit is dead, no response besides the initial one time amber light blink when connected to power and that's it. Even holding the reset button and power cycling it as instructed, no response, I would like to request an RMA.

Please plug your ICX-7150-C12P switch into a power outlet and send us a picture and video of the switch showing the light status and the power cord as mentioned below.
